Explanation

Exhibits are an object or collection of objects that are on public display (or might be put on display).

The Assets cards have a title (e.g. "Exhibits") to act as a basic memory prompt, but otherwise are blank templates for the team members to fill in with detail. E.g. a team might take an "Exhibits" card and give the name of a set of exhibits they believe are a star asset in their museum.
